Is there a charge for registering as a customer?
Registration is free of charge. There are no hidden fees.
Do I have to pay every time I use royalty-free license images?
With the standard royalty-free license, you only need to pay once no matter how many times you use the images
Can I use royalty-free license images for my clients?
Yes, you can. All images are provided with a standard royalty-free license or extended royalty-free license.
Will the download credits expire?
Yes, they will. Credits will expire 4 months from the date they're bought.
What are the payment options?
You may pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard), PayPal, Moneybooker or bank transfer to our account.
Is online payment safe?
Yes, it is. We use 3D Secure system for online payments. All we know about your card is whether the payment went though or not. All of the other personal information, like card number is hidden and inapproachable.
Can I transfer payment to your account from a foreign bank (outside Czech Republic?)
Of course, you can. However, you are liable to pay all the transfer fees at your bank as well at our bank. Due to exceptional low prices of our images, we are not able to cover those costs. We will not accept international payments that do not cover all the fees. Credits will be put to your account as soon as the payment shows up on our account. (That can sometimes take a few days).
What is a lightbox?
A lightbox is a "personal folder" on our website that you create. You can store and manage images of interest to you. Lightboxes are designed to organize your images. When you find an image on our website that you like, you can save it in a lightbox you've created. You would not need to save the image to your hard drive or jot down the image number. There is no limit on the number of lightboxes you can create and the amount of time we'll store them for you. You can choose to remove images that you no longer need in your lightbox.
How long does it take to download an image?
The download time for each image varies depending on the size of the image you are downloading, your Internet connection speed and your computer operating system.
In what language do I need to input key words when searching for images?
Please input only key words in English. The system is capable of reading Czech words but only for a very limited part of our portfolio.
In what form do I need to input keywords when on one hand searching for more subjects or activities in an image or on the other hand want to discard certain subjects or activities?
